Arts Cafe Bar

Mr Smith goes to the Arts Cafe Bar in Leeds, lots of times

When you travel a lot for work, staying in hotels, you need to find yourself a good place to go for a warm welcome with good food and drink, without breaking the bank…

Arts Cafe Bar in Leeds certainly does that for me and is a regular location when I am in that neck of the woods.  You can pop in for a quick early evening bite to eat or linger a little longer and make an evening of it with friends.

For me, it is generally a fairly quick early evening meal after a long day of traveling.  Suits me down to the ground and even better when I can eat off the early bird menu, great value for money.

It has always been very relaxed and welcoming and it is great to see some of the art they have on display, which changes regularly.  Some has been very good, others I am not so sure about, but that is art for you.  Everyone will have a different opinion.

The food has been lovely with some good wine and cider to accompany it.  From risotto’s to fish and chips the standard is good and perfect for what I need.  Good honest cooking and great staff that have always made me, as a single diner, very welcome

When back in Leeds in the future I will definitely be heading back there.

Apologies for the quality of some of the photos, generally just a quick, tired, snap on the phone
